Restaurant Ruukinranta

Restaurant Ruukinranta is located on the former iron factory area and reflects the local history with the name (Ruukinranta = Rukki Beach). Photographs of the Oravi’s ironwork era are on permanent display in the restaurant and are well worth seeing.

Our specials include local fish (vendace, perch, pike and pike-perch) in different ways, local elk, mushrooms and berries. The large sun terrace is perfect for watching boats go by and enjoying our famous elk pizzas with cold drinks!

The restaurant is open May-September. During the winter we are open on request for groups.

The breakfast package includes coffee or tea, juice, yogurt, a filled sandwich, and a fruit. Breakfast is available during the store's opening hours, priced at €12.

Additionally, the store's café offers specialty coffees and sweet pastries, among other items.

For hotel guests, a breakfast basket can be reserved in advance and delivered to the room.

A la carte breakfast is available upon request.

Restaurant Ruukinranta is open all year round on request. You can also order catering service to the villas in Oravi and Tallusniemi.
