When booking the with 3 bed rooms you will have the ground floor at your use. In the ground floor is 3 bedrooms, wc x 2, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, an indoor and a lakeside sauna and a spacious living room which can easily be transformed into conference facilities. 2nd froor is closed. The Lakeside villas Sääksi and Norppa are located on peaceful shore of Lake Saimaa and have private shores with jetties, small sandy beaches, fire places/ grills and traditional wood heated lakeside saunas with hot tub. Between the villas is a shared activity court where you can play badminton.
The villas are situated 4,5 km from Oravi village where you can find the village shop, restaurant Ruukinranta, rental house, reception, start of the winter hiking route and in summer boat service to Linnansaari National Park.
Ecological values are important for us and the villas are heated with geothermal heating and have solar panels. We also recycle. You can find the recycle bins at the villas.
Accessibility: On the ground floor of the villa it is possible to move freely with a wheelchair, a movable ramp is also available to the villa. Lakeside villas have a gentle and flat path to the beach of the villa. If needed please ask for specific measurements and more photos to see if this type of villa is suitably for you.
